It's been a while since I posted any of my fun crafty things. With the moods I've been having lately, I should probably get back into that. It usually helps.
Here is a fabulously fun thing that a friend made for me:
They are scissors that you wear around your wrist while knitting. Love them!
I also knitted this scarf for a friend who gave me an extraordinarily kind and generous gift. The idea is that it looks simple and chic and is easy to wear under a nicer winter coat.

I added a few rows to the smallest pattern. I suppose it depends on your yarn and gauge, but mine would have been very small otherwise.
Even though I've labeled this "happy times," I can't say I've been all that "up." I just feel like a lot has been conspiring against me lately. I did finish reading "The Host" by Stephenie Meyer and enjoyed it very much!
