A few weeks ago I got an idea for Pecan Chicken based on a similar dish by the Lean Cuisine Spa Cuisine Classics. I looked up pecan chicken on allrecipes.com to get a basis on which to elaborate. I found one and proceeded to make up one of the most delicious dishes I've ever made! Now I know that seems too humble ;-), but seriously, it was soooooooooo good.
So I tried to find that same recipe again so I could tell you guys what I did, and what I changed so that I could share it for FFF. Alas, the recipe seems to be missing from the website. I can't find it anywhere! I guess it comes down to me really thinking about what I used, or trying to find the notes I jotted down on my random pieces of paper.
Until then my fine friends, I am so bummed about not being able to share my Pecan Chicken that I am holding off until I can find it! I know it involved pecans, water, chicken breasts, cornstarch, garlic, onion, lemon juice, soy sauce and butter. I'll work on it.
